  3. If you get your bike serviced or repaired, you will get the message from our end.
  4. We do not guarantee for spare parts as we are only dealing in service and repair of your bikes.
  5. We may change the T & C according to time.
  6. All the disputes are subject matter to Reengus Jurisdiction only.
  7. shubham motors shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery
  8. You understand and accept that it might not be possible for shubham motors, vendor or service partners to offer services to some locations.
  10. In such cases, shubham motors will inform you accordingly and arrange for cancellation of the order or service to any alternative delivery address.
